May Meeting Announcement!!! The May 2009 meeting of the Congaree Flyers will be held on Saturday, May 23th. Since the weather is warmer, we will be meeting at the field at 10:00am. Please plan to attend. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can all get in some flying time before we head back home. plans now ~~~~~ The Congaree Flyers are hosting the 7th Annual Jim Cecil Memorial Fly-In. Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 is the day to come visit the Congaree Flyers. An AMA sanctioned fly-in will be held at the field in Gaston, SC. Please bring you AMA Membership card if you plan to fly. There will be a $10.00 landing fee which will include lunch for registered pilots. Please plan to attend a great day of fun, flying, and fellowship with others that share in an interest in RC flying.
